The Account Coordinator Role
This is a full-time account-coordinator role based onsite with our customer, whereby you will assume full ownership and management of onsite stocks supplied and managed by Macfarlane to the customer. Account Coordinator Duties
Do you have the correct profile?
We know that this role will ideally suit some with experience of a similar role which has been customer focused, fast paced, and requiring varied coordination duties. Previous experience of a similar ‘on site’ role and/or customer service role, exposure to supporting as a national/key account customer would also be advantageous. You will enjoy providing first class customer service and sales/account management. As a minimum you will have experience of multi-stakeholder engagement and stock monitoring/ordering combined with purchase order processing. We also require you to have strong MS Office competency (including Excel spreadsheets) accompanied by strong data-analysis/interpretation skills. An ability to run and understand detailed reports (covering things like pricing, trend analysis, KPIs) would also be preferable. All this needs to be underpinned by a strong work ethic and first rate administrative & communication skills.

Account Coordinator Duties
- Regular stock checks of all locations across the campus
- Liaising with the inventory controller regarding stock replenishment
- Placing any agreed orders within the supply chain
- Updating replenishment requests onto the customer internal control sheet
- Requesting customer purchase order numbers & updating customer documents
- Working with supply chain, ensuring all agreed delivery dates will be adhered to
- Placing & chasing orders, quoting for ad-hoc items & matching invoices to PO numbers
- Running various reports & checking orders/matching for accuracy
- Coordinating sub-contractors to undertake various contracted duties
- Issue identification & resolution
- Directly supporting our National Account Manager with various customer related tasks
