The Role & Responsibilities 

We are now urgently hiring for an experienced Flexographic Label Printer to join our team based at our established Newtonmountkennedy site, in County Wicklow. 

 

Working hours will span a 3-week rotating shift pattern of: 7.00 - 15.00/ 14.40 - 22.10/ 21.40 - 7.00 (all Monday to Friday)

 

Key responsibilities of the role shall include… 

? Complete set up of Flexographic label printing presses

? Review job specification to determine the appropriate press set up 

? Ink mixing and colour matching

? Use and maintain printer plates and rollers including anilax rollers and doctor blades

? Perform all make-ready tasks and make necessary colour corrections and or press adjustments before   production run.

? Quality control

 

 

We welcome applications only from experienced Flexo Label printers who reside within a sensible daily commute of site and (ideally) meet with the below criteria…

 

? Label Print experience (highly desirable)

? Comco machine experience (Preferable)

? Leaving Cert. or trade equivalent qualification

? Able to multitask and work to tight deadlines

? Have excellent eye for colour and detail 

? Be motivated and a team player

? Be quality conscious and efficient
