The Ecommerce Executive Role
Reporting to the Project Coordinator on the Dot Com side of our business, you will play a key role in achieving the company’s E-commerce objectives, working alongside our marketing and IT departments. You will be hands on in maintaining websites, content, and product management. You will also be involved in helping us build and develop a marketing leading website. All the above is undertaken to ensure that Online sales and profit targets are achieved and exceeded.
Ecommerce Executive Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a similar role, preferably Ecommerce, marketing or IT. A degree in either Business or IT would be advantageous. To thrive in this role, you will have an analytical attitude and be comfortable working with large sets of data and interpreting this data. You have the ability to use logic to support your plans and actions. It comes naturally to you to be organised, hands-on and resourceful. Experience and an understanding of Magento 2, Dot Digital and google analytics is also essential, with knowledge of HTML.

Ecommerce Executive Key Responsibilities
- Day to day website maintenance
- Data entry
- Product data maintenance
- Product merchandising
- Email building
- Assisting email data building
- Page building briefs and some page creation
- SEO optimisation
- Working closely with our marketing and IT department, driving data and coordinating decisions
- Encourage and maintain excellent levels of customer service at all times.
- Work in a constructive manner to promote co-operation between the DCOM business and RDCs across the group.
